Dr. Hong acquired Cross Street Family Dentistry in 2015. Originally from Korea he moved to the states in 2002 and graduated from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in 2010. As soon as you meet Dr. Hong you are greeted with an enthusiastic “Hey, how are you?”. He is fully committed to helping his patients’, going above and beyond to accommodate their individual needs. When he’s not in the office he can be found at home spending time with his kids or watching basketball. He also enjoys visiting amusement parks. His favorite ride is Disney World’s ‘Splash Mountain’.
Claudia
Dental Hygienist
After being a dental assistant for 15 years, Claudia graduated from the Forsyth school of Dental Hygiene at MCPHS with her bachelor of science in Dental Hygiene.
Claudia believes in building a good rapport with her patients and enjoys providing the best individual care for each patient.
In her spare time, Claudia enjoys spending time with her family and dog Mocha, she loves trying new resturants, chocolate, and believe it or not, flossing.
Chantal
Dental Assistant
Chantal joined Cross Street Family Dentistry in December of 2015. She's taken pride in working chairside along with Dr. Hong as his Dental Assistant for over 10 years. She is here to help patients maintain, achieve a beautiful and healthy smile. She enjoys working with Dr. Hong and the rest of the team. Her gentle touch and friendly manner helps patients feel relaxed and comfortable during their visit. Outside of work, Chantal enjoys watching shows, going to the beach and spending time with family and friends.
Jessica
Office Manager
Jessica oversees the office operations and ensures that everything runs smoothly. Her priority is ensuring our patients have a positive experience in our office and that they receive the highest level of care. She has a passion for learning and bettering herself, and is always ready to help with anything you need. Her knowledge with insurance will help our patients feel at eas,e especially when it comes to understanding their plan and getting the most out of their coverage. She holds a MS in Business Management with over 15 years of experience in both Medical and Dental fields. On her time off, she enjoys gardening, going to the beach and spending time with her family.
Antoine
Office Assistant
Antoine joined our practice in June 2024. He is one of the first faces you will see when visiting the office. He assists with front office tasks and clinical procedures. He offers a strong focus on patient care and team support. Outside the office, Antoine enjoys experimenting with cooking and sketching designs for clothes.
